Sunshine Station

Hello, friends. We're in the thick of it now. The holidays are over and snow is here to stay, at least for a little bit. While many of us Michiganders love this season, winter in general offers many challenges, especially in terms of mental health.

We hear you. We see you. We want to help.

Let HDL be a little dose of sunshine for you this January. We have much to offer in terms of keeping the winter blues at bay. If you haven't visited us in person recently then you may not have noticed our community puzzles, our light therapy lamp "Sunshine Station", or our vinyl record sharing pop-up display.

We at HDL have also been creating programs to help you defeat those winter blues and stay connected with our community. Here's a selection of winter programs that can help you stay cozy and keep your chin up, even when the sun is hiding behind gray clouds.
