Everywhere you turn these days someone is talking about breathing. It may seem strange that there is so much focus on something each of us does over 20,000 times a day, but intentional, in-the-moment breathwork is tough stuff. Sometimes it's best to have a little guidance along the way.
We are thrilled that Kim Mulder of Holland will lead us in a 3-week series on Preserving Our Mental Health: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Kim is a certified spiritual director, mindfulness meditation teacher, and registered yoga instructor who creates a sacred space for people seeking clarity, guidance, and personal transformation. In short, she's awesome. Held on three consecutive Tuesday nights at 6 PM in November, the series is the perfect opportunity to center ourselves on what truly matters before the madness of the holidays threatens to overtake us.

Please bring your own mat. All levels welcome, including those who may need to adjust to chair yoga.
