Your PIN is usually set to the last four digits of your phone number. If that does not work, try resetting your PIN online by going to the library account login page and clicking "Forgot your PIN?".

You can apply for a library card online or to get a library card in-person, you will need either:
- A current Michigan driver’s license, Michigan ID card, or permanent resident card with current street address and name.
OR one of the following photographic identification documents:
- Out-of-state driver’s license
- Photo ID issued by an institution such as a school or place of employment
- Passport
- Michigan parole ID
AND one of the following documents with your name and current street address:
- Recent utility bill
- Lease agreement
- Printed checks/bank statement
- Recent local property tax bill
- Voter registration card
- Hospitalization or insurance card
- Automobile registration
Minors with a Michigan driver's license may register for their own library card. All other juvenile cards must be co-signed by an adult with the above documents.
