Knitting for Holland

Love it or hate it,  winter is here. That means 'tis the season to bring out the knitting needles and crochet patterns.

After you finish that blanket or sweater you've been working on, consider using leftover yarn to make a scarf, a pair of mittens, or a hat for our community.

Throughout the winter months, HDL hosts a Knitting for Holland coat rack loaded with winter accessories that are free to take for anyone in need.

Donated hats, scarves, and mittens can be dropped off at the Main Library or North Branch. We particularly need donations in adult sizes (masculine colors are a bonus!)

Thank you for considering helping your neighbor during this chilly time of year.
