Join us via Zoom for a virtual yoga class with instructor Cassie. Enjoy a lunch time yoga class to quiet the mind, refocus your energy and reset your nervous system for the rest of your day ahead! Easy yoga focused on reconnecting to the body and showing it a little love. No props needed! A yoga mat can be helpful but a towel or blanket work great too.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration with Jenn Gietzen from Monarch Music Therapy. Jenn is a music and sound therapist who will guide you on an inner journey with sound and guided visualization. This session will help calm your nervous system, inviting you into the awareness of the present moment and quieting the mind with sound and guided visualization.
Jenn will play various instruments such as drums, gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and her voice to support your deeply relaxed state. This will be a wonderful way of welcoming in the New Year, intentionally setting some time aside for self care and finding some inner peace.
Registration opens on December 10.
