Herrick District Library's 2024/25 Winter Reading Challenge starts December 7!
Pick up a Winter Reading Challenge sheet from the library to get started. Whether you're two years old or ninety-two, every participant can use the same sheet (yes, adults can join in too!).
There are two ways to play the Winter Reading Challenge game; play bingo or list at least five books that you read between December 7 and February 16.
If you’re using the bingo side of the Challenge sheet, just complete a line of five squares on the board. Squares can be completed by reading books or doing the activities listed and completed bingo sheets make you eligible for a prize! Want more? Complete any five additional squares to be entered into our grand prize drawing.
Flip over the bingo sheet for the reading list. If you choose this option, all you need to do to win a prize is read and record any five books (brownie points for rating each book on our 5-star system). To be entered into the grand prize drawing, read any ten!
Stop by the library with your completed Challenge sheet February 10 - 16 to claim your prize (while supplies last). Grand prize winners will be contacted after prize pickup ends.
