The Herrick District Library staff is here to help you with your digital and tech needs. We can help you with basic computer, phone, and tablet issues, both in person or online.

In-Person Help

Library staff members are always available at the information desk at both locations to answer questions about library apps and services. If you have a question about a non-library technology (email, Zoom,, etc.) stop into the Main Library on Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm and a member of our team will do our best to help. If you have questions beyond the basics, check out Groundworks and see if they have what you need.
