Full-Time Groundworks Coordinator

$65,395 - $79,976 annually with benefits

Herrick District Library is seeking a creative and community-driven Groundworks Coordinator. If you’re passionate about helping people learn, exploring technology, and making cool stuff, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

You’ll help patrons explore technology and build digital skills through engaging programs and welcoming, inclusive service. In this role, you’ll plan, lead, and evaluate programs, integrate technology into learning experiences, and build community partnerships that expand library services beyond our walls.

We’re looking for a positive, solution-oriented professional who is passionate about serving the public. This full-time position requires a master’s degree in Library and Information Science or a master’s degree in a related field. Spanish language fluency is preferred.

Weekly schedule: (hours may vary and there is some flexibility)                                

• Monday 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (off when working Saturday)
• Every 3rd Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Occasional Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
