Community Action House Outreach Team
The Outreach team provides outbound support, counsel, and partnership to assist people and families living in places not meant for human habitation. We work to connect to resources, build relationships, all with a “whatever-it-takes” approach to increase access to safe housing in Ottawa County.
The Outreach team holds hours at Herrick District Library to provide holistic case management and resource navigation for individuals in need at the library.
Talk to us for professional guidance in an environment of respect - no strings attached.
