May is Mental Health Awareness Month! It’s a part of a national movement to bring more awareness about mental health and to help fight the stigma that surrounds it. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 1 in 5 Americans struggle in some way with a mental illness. Bringing awareness to their struggles can assist them in getting the help they need.
