Both library locations now offer curbside service. Simply place your holds online or by phone and wait for notification that your holds are ready. You can sign up for email or text notifications or you will receive automated phone notifications. Once your items are ready, head to your pickup location. There will be designated parking spots that have signs for curbside. Call the number on the sign and provide your library card number. We will check your items out for you and bring them to your vehicle.
Curbside pickup is available during daylight hours while the library is open.

- Wait for notification that your materials are ready
- Text alerts are available in addition to email notification
- Pull up at a designated curbside parking spot and call the number listed on the sign
- Don't have a cell phone? Call (616) 355-3700 to schedule a pickup appointment at the Main Library. Call (616) 738-4362 to schedule a North Branch pick up appointment.

- Browsing New and Express Materials for Curbside On-Demand:
- Express and new items that are normally first-come, first-serve and cannot have holds placed on them are available for browsing inside the building and are available curbside on demand.
