Fines and fees may be paid by logging into your library account online. HDL staff members are happy to help cardholders resolve many issues over the phone at 616.355.3700.
Some of the common issues patrons may encounter include:
- Lost or stolen cards (please contact HDL immediately in the event of theft)
- Change of address, name, or contact information
- Non-Resident cards (available for purchase to those who live outside the Lakeland Library Cooperative service area)
- Visitor cards (provide in-library access to the library's computers for up to 2 weeks)
