The first Saturday in May is Free Comic Book Day! This year, we're celebrating with events on and leading up to the big day.
Zine Workshop with Elizabeth A. Trembley

Start the celebration early with this free workshop from local graphic memoirist Elizabeth A. Trembley! Dr. Trembley will teach participants the basic techniques of comics creation, including story, sketching, and assembly. Everyone who attends will leave with an eight-page zine that they create. Not an artist? Not a problem! This workshop is open to all skill levels, with no previous experience required.
